Global HR Lifecycle & Offboarding Specialist

Remote is hiring for a senior HR advisor profile to help clients navigate global employment with speed and accuracy. You will oversee exits, advise on contracts, and coordinate cross-border requirements in a fully remote, async environment.

Reporting to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, you will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Time & Attendance teams, ensuring privacy, data integrity, and compliant processes across 80+ countries.
