Global HR Generalist: Onboarding, Reporting & People Ops

Acolad is seeking an HR Generalist to support core HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure efficient HR operations, maintain data quality, and provide guidance on HR processes in a global team setting.

The role focuses on onboarding, payroll coordination, reporting, and policy compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR operations or generalist roles, strong systems experience (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECM), and excellent communication in English.
