Global HR Director — Travel, Strategy & Local Impact

Barrière Group is seeking an experienced International HR Director to implement and lead the global people strategy across its expanding international footprint. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in luxury sectors, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage diverse, international HR teams.

This role offers an annual salary between €110k and €125k, with benefits including personalized training and travel arrangements. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
