Job Description:
You will play a key role in communicating global HR initiatives across the company, supporting the three HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Performance & International Mobility, Talent, Systems, Strategy & Services). You will act as a bridge between the HR community and the Internal Communications team to ensure consistency and impact of messaging.
Main Responsibilities- Support HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Data & Strategy) in designing and deploying strategic communication plans and toolkits.
- Coordinate global roll-out of HR communications.
- Organize internal events related to company culture and employee engagement, in collaboration with the DE&I team.
- Manage and update HR content on internal and external platforms.
- Prepare and lead quarterly global HR webcasts.
- Collaborate closely with the global communications team on all HR-related topics.
- Proven experience in internal communications, ideally within HR.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and website management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Drive Engagement: Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its goals.
- Communicates Effectively: Deliver clear and tailored messages to different audiences.
