Global HR Business Partner - Technical Operations and Strategy & Transformation
About the Role
As Global HR Business Partner for Technical Operations and Strategy & Transformation, you will partner with defined leadership team members to align HR strategies with business goals.
You will provide strategic and operational HR support across talent management, organisational development, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and change initiatives, while contributing to high engagement, performance and effective HR delivery across the supported functions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and the Global HRBP Lead, translating business priorities into effective people plans.
- Lead and support talent management initiatives, including acquisition, development, succession planning, retention, performance calibration and talent reviews.
- Partner with Centres of Excellence and local HR teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR solutions.
- Build, monitor and use dashboards, KPIs and workforce data to support HR campaigns, budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Enable transformation by supporting organisational design, capability planning, resource allocation and practical change solutions with leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation, equity, diversity and compliance in partnership with local HR and relevant Centres of Excellence.
About You
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who can operate confidently in a complex international environment, balancing strategic partnership with practical delivery. You will be comfortable working closely with senior leaders and HR teams to turn business priorities into clear, effective people plans.
A background in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, production or another highly regulated environment would be valuable, particularly where quality, compliance, operational excellence and stakeholder alignment are central to success.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to translate business priorities into people strategies that support engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, employment practices and effective partnership with Centres of Excellence and local HR teams.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders through transformation, organisational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance calibration or annual compensation cycles.
- Strong analytical, communication, coaching and influencing skills.
- Confidence working across cultures, geographies and matrixed stakeholder groups.
- Fluent English; French language skills would be a plus.
