- Maintain the high quality of the data in Workday by performing regular data audits to identify and address data issues with the HR partner / HRIS Champions
- Promote data awareness across the organization and ensure secure access to confidential data
- Standardize HR processes and data in line with industry best practices, establishing a consistent foundation for accurate analytics and organizational effectiveness
- Establish data governance standards and train business users on Workday Data Management, processes, and best practices
Business Support
- Identify & translate relevant business and HR requirements into HRIS system
- Monitor & report HR systems requests through JIRA ticket management tool, resolving issues or coordinating with the HRIS Manager OR external AMS provider
- Develop and maintain dashboards, customized reports, scorecards, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Project Contribution & Change Management
- Act as the key interface between Global and local HR teams, coordinating the scope, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of global HRIS initiatives
- Drive digital transformation and adoption of digital HR tools to improve regional HR process efficiency and effectiveness**Qualification**
- 5 years of experience in HR Analytics, with hands-on Workday experience.
- Masters / Bachelors in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and JIRA.
- Experience in HRIS projects, change management, and process improvement.
- Good knowledge of HR data, reporting, and governance.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
