Global Head of Solutions
Role Mission
You are the global leader responsible for productization of the sales and delivery of Valiantys’ deep technical expertise into highly profitable, repeatable, packaged professional services offerings. You will operate across the global executive team, partnering closely with our regional leaders to unify our broad capabilities and scale them across our global account base, as well as expand into new enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility mandate for a commercially minded product and solutions leader who thrives on cross-functional execution and has the demonstrated experience leading a global team through similar transformations.
Team & Organization Structure
You will build and lead a global team of Global Practice Leaders — one per core solution domain — who will report directly to you. Each Global Practice Leader will, over time, develop a network of regional Practice Leads embedded across EMEA, AMER, and APAC, creating a matrix of domain expertise and regional execution. This is a builder role. You are designing the org structure, making the hiring calls, and setting the standard for how this function operates globally.

Core Pillars of Transformation
- Software Development: Injecting agentic AI frameworks into DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflows to accelerate velocity and code quality
- ITSM (IT Service Management): Modernizing enterprise operations by integrating AI-driven automation, self-service intelligence, and predictive incident management
- Portfolio & Strategy Management: Elevating enterprise agility by leveraging data aggregation and predictive modelling to align C-suite strategy with execution
What You Will Own (Key Responsibilities)
- Global Solution Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of our global solutions roadmap
- Package Existing IP: Package existing regional projects into repeatable, fixed-scope “Solution Blueprints” that drive down delivery costs and shorten sales cycles
- Operational Execution & Alignment: Drive alignment and execution of regional solution roadmaps and ensure that new products are consistently brought to market on time and on budget
- Cross-Functional & Regional Navigation: Function as a collaborative bridge across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing across all regions, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and constructively escalating when commitments fall short
- Quality Assurance & Client Fit: Ensure that every created offering meets customer expectations and addresses enterprise pain points in a repeatable manner

- Disciplined Execution over Ambiguity: Translate strategy into measurable outcomes; measure success by shipped offerings and tangible revenue, balancing innovation with strategic alignment
- Commercial & Business-Savvy Mindset: view technology through the lens of a P&L; focus on driving measurable business outcomes, gross margin improvement, and revenue velocity
- Enterprise Change Management: Experience with enterprise change management involving adoption processes across sales, delivery and enablement functions
- Highly Organized Global Orchestrator: Manage multiple high-stakes solution initiatives simultaneously across different enterprise client landscapes and three distinct operating regions
- Highly Collaborative Relationship Builder: Work effectively within an integrated, cross-functional team; respect regional nuances and elevating the global team's output
What You Will Bring
- Significant experience in professional services, technology services, or enterprise software typically gained over 12 or more years, with a significant portion spent in solutions, practice, or product leadership
- MBA or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of designing and taking repeatable service offerings to market
- Experience driving commercial adoption of new offerings across a distributed, multi-region sales and delivery organization
- P&L fluency: owned or co-owned a book of business and can read margin, utilization, and revenue-per-offering
- Background in at least one of Valiantys' core domains: SDLC modernization, IT Service Management, or enterprise AI adoption
- PE-backed or high-growth company experience strongly preferred — operated under investor scrutiny with a clear value creation mandate

Financial & Commercial Impact
- Scalable Revenue Growth: Drive the development and adoption of new offerings that produce high double-digit YoY growth in PS revenue
- Gross Margin Acceleration: High quality offerings, sales assets and delivery playbooks drive YoY improvements of PS Gross margins
- Global Portfolio Uptake: An ever-increasing portion of revenue is generated by repeatable offerings
Productivity & Innovation
- Roadmap Execution: Achieving or exceeding the delivery and adoption of the agreed upon solution development roadmaps
- Market Uptake: Consistent sales & delivery enablement resulting in adoption across all solutions within targeted regions
- Offering Quality Standards: All global offerings pass internal and market-facing quality standards, ensuring a consistent and repeatable delivery model
- Offering Evolution: Controlled evolution of offering portfolio into adjacent solutions areas as well as capturing existing bespoke services into repeatable offerings
What This Role Is Not
This is not a strategy-only role. This role needs to build the operational infrastructure to make that strategy repeatable and scalable. This is not a regional role with a global title. You will operate across EMEA, AMER, and APAC from day one — not as a regional owner, but as the person who creates the shared infrastructure all three regions run on. Influence without authority is a core competency, not a temporary condition.
