Global Head of People Engagement & Learning

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a People Engagement and Development Director in Paris to lead the global people engagement and learning strategy in line with Chloé’s values and ambitions. You will ensure talent engagement and retention through a unique employee journey.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities include developing engagement strategies, monitoring satisfaction surveys, and managing internal communications.
