Selescope in France seeks an experienced leader to head the Group's R&D strategy, driving varietal innovation and diversification of the product portfolio.

You will manage an R&D team of three, align development with market needs, and collaborate with production, marketing, and sales to ensure feasibility and growth.

PhD preferred in Agronomy/Horticulture/Plant Biology; English fluency is required; French is a plus. This is a fast-growing, family-owned company offering a dynamic environment.
