Global Head of Legal & Corporate Strategy - Remote

Naboo, based in Paris with a global footprint, is seeking an experienced in-house Corporate Legal Counsel to guide international expansion, governance, and cross-border compliance while enabling enterprise contracts through MSAs and ToS for a growing SaaS/ marketplace platform.

You will structure new international subsidiaries, manage board affairs, and oversee employee equity programs while negotiating high-value contracts with CAC 40 to Fortune 500 entities.
