Global Franchise Planning Lead, Rare Diseases

Recordati is seeking a Head of Global Planning Franchise Portfolio in France to own the end-to-end supply plan for a Rare Diseases franchise. You will coordinate regional demand with manufacturing, CMO capacity, batch release and hub replenishment to secure product availability and optimize inventory.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across sites, drive S&OP/IBP processes, and ensure readiness for launches and technology transfers while managing supply risks and regulatory constraints.
