Global-First Fullstack Engineer (Remote)

Alan is building a global platform to unify insurance, prevention and care. We’re looking for problem‑solver engineers with 5+ years of experience who are excited about simplifying complex business problems.

You’ll work across country domains to build global-first solutions and mentor teams. The role requires deep knowledge of Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
