Master Data Finance Lead

Within the Record to Decide Process Design team, the role of Finance Lead focused on Finance Master Data is to lead the design of the Master Data Management (MDM) for the Leap transformation program. This role is tasked with establishing the foundational data structures and governance models that will drive accurate financial reporting and operations in the new ERP environment.

Key Missions

• Design Financial Master Data Structures: Create the framework for chart of accounts, cost centers, and other financial data elements, aligning with business needs and ERP capabilities.
• Co-Develop Governance Framework with the central team: Establish clear guidelines for data integrity, including ownership, standards, and maintenance protocols to ensure consistent data quality.
• Identify ERP Master Data needs: Coordinate with the Tech teams to map and integrate financial master data, identifying and addressing gaps toward seamless MDM to ERP integration.
• Implement Data Quality Controls: Set up regular data quality checks and cleansing processes to maintain accurate, up-to-date financial information in the ERP system.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate master data management strategies with finance and tech stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns.
• Collaboration for delivery: Work closely with both finance and tech teams to identify strategy for MDM development, ERP integration, and data migration in preparation for pilot and rollout.

Location & Travel

Location: Paris, France. Business travel expected: limited but more frequent during pilot phase.
