Job Responsibilities
- Is able to independently undertake the highest complexity level RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas; assesses data and analysis requirements and proposes reasonable approaches for RFPs and individual paid or partnership feasibility assessments.
- Proactively liaises with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members to review RFP challenges and work toward a collaborative solution with minimal oversight. Identifies solutions to non-standard requests; applies knowledge to a range of moderately complex activities; escalating issues as needed.
- Represents Global Feasibility in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders with collaboration, professionalism, integrity and quality.
- Capable of delivering an average to higher number of assignments and complexity concurrently across all therapeutic areas as needed, within established processes.
- Develops, analyzes and delivers pre-award site-level feasibility assessments into presentations and/or written reports for internal/external stakeholders, independently.
- Maintains the highest standards of Global Feasibility; keeps comprehensive records and stores data in internal libraries in a timely manner; demonstrates excellent editing-level verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Performs independent literature research using internet and internal tools to provide background information with a high level of understanding and detail.
- Supports preparation of material for and attends bid defense teleconferences and meetings under minimal supervision.
- May coordinate the work of other team members on larger joint projects, multi-study assignments or alliance/FSP partnerships.
- Mentors junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead, providing text and slide deck editing, data collection and processing insights across all therapeutic indications.
- New team member mentoring may be assigned at the Line Manager’s discretion.
- Supports department management in developing group initiatives and achieving business objectives; may participate in department staff operations.
- Participates in developing relevant metrics to measure the impact of data asset use and feasibility-related activities; may serve as departmental SME in feasibility initiatives and processes.
- Develops, audits and maintains departmental systems for storage, retrieval and analysis of historical feasibility data to support current RFPs and RFIs.
- May be assigned direct line management responsibilities depending on departmental need, subject to VP/SVP approval.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research
- Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments
- Data analytics, technologies, and platforms
- Ability to understand and present complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of CRO industry principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Advanced English sales and bid text development
- Experience working with individuals and data to drive business objectives
- Attention to detail
- Mentoring and training capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email and internet research
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
- Excellent verbal and written English with strong visual communication
- Excellent presentation, collaboration and decision-making skills
- Superior time management; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required

Summary
Fulfills Global Feasibility business deliverables of the highest complexity and quality across all therapeutic indications while working independently. Facilitates effective RFP team communication, management and data-driven analysis; mentors feasibility junior team members and reviews/edit Feasibility text/reports and study delivery strategies. Plans and executes both RFP and internal initiatives to meet objectives and delivers data-driven solutions. Identifies and escalates opportunities for process improvement and data asset understanding. Serves as representative or SME for feasibility initiatives and processes.
