The Opportunity

We are hiring Associates to join our Executive Search teams across multiple practices, including Financial Officers, Technology, and Private Equity .

You will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments by identifying, engaging, and assessing senior talent, while supporting clients on critical leadership hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of executive search mandates end-to-end
• Conduct market mapping, research, and candidate identification
• Engage, assess, and manage candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate market and candidate intelligence
• Contribute to client deliverables (e.g., longlists, reports, presentations)
• Collaborate with consultants and wider project teams across regions
• Identify potential business development opportunities

Profile

• A first experience in Executive Search is preferred
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of motivation, curiosity, and attention to detail
