Mistral AI is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the VP, Product and VP, Cloud. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel across time zones, and prepare briefings for leadership meetings, ensuring confidentiality and proactive communication.

In a fast-growing tech environment, you will liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors, maintain documentation, and drive operational excellence. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
