Global EV Charging Success Lead

ABB E-mobility is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure long-term success and value realization of charging infrastructure for key customers worldwide. You will align strategic goals with operational delivery across deployments and expansions.

You will own relationships with CPOs, fleets and utilities, monitor uptime and performance, orchestrate field service, software, product, and sales teams, and drive growth while maximizing ROI for customers and ABB.
