Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and digital business growth opportunities
  • Oversee commercial agreements and client account activities
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide performance analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with technical, e-commerce, commercial, and data teams
  • Prepare regular business reviews and client presentations
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client needs
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams including commercial, operations, finance, and product
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for digital-related client matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, digital sales, business development, or e-commerce
  • Experience in a digital environment preferred
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance KPIs
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Fluent professional English
  • Organized and autonomous
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
