Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify upselling and digital business growth opportunities
- Oversee commercial agreements and client account activities
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide performance analysis and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with technical, e-commerce, commercial, and data teams
- Prepare regular business reviews and client presentations
- Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals
- Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client needs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Work closely with internal teams including commercial, operations, finance, and product
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects
- Act as the main point of contact for digital-related client matters
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, digital sales, business development, or e-commerce
- Experience in a digital environment preferred
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance KPIs
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Fluent professional English
- Organized and autonomous
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
