Global Director of Strategic Innovation & R&D Leadership

Merck KGaA’s Lab Water division seeks a senior leader to head the Innovation Team and shape the adjacent franchise strategy. You will partner with the Global Head of Innovation, R&D and Product Marketing to define how emerging concepts complement core business and customer workflows.

Responsibilities include scouting ideas, assessing feasibility, and building a disciplined portfolio funnel with governance and milestones. Global travel is expected; located at Lab Water HQ in Guyancourt, France.
