Our global end client in Paris is a world leading company with a presence in 100+ countries worldwide, generating billions EUR in annual sales. Renowned for their premium products and services, the company serves customers through direct sales, comprehensive services, and cutting‑edge digital platforms.

The Global Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across multiple markets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the intersection of e-commerce, performance marketing, and business growth.

You will work closely with global and local teams to translate strategy into measurable results, and will play an active role in shaping the company's digital marketing practices at scale.

This position is based in Paris, with 50% on‑site presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute global digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEA, social, email, programmatic)
  • Drive e‑commerce performance across markets — traffic acquisition, conversion optimisation, and revenue growth
  • Own campaign planning and execution across key markets, ensuring consistency of brand and message while adapting to local needs
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance (KPIs, ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with market organisations, product teams, and agencies to ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute to the evolution of digital marketing tools, processes, and capabilities across the organisation
  • Support the identification and rollout of best practices, with a continuous improvement mindset

Your Profile

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record across e‑commerce, performance marketing, and business results
  • Global experience within companies known for their ecommerce/digital presence
  • Solid hands‑on expertise across SEO/SEA, paid media, marketing automation, and digital analytics (GA4, Power BI or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑market campaigns and work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment
  • Strong business acumen; comfortable with budgets, P&L logic, and performance‑driven decision making
