Global Desktop Support Engineer - Windows, Mac & Linux

An exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer has arisen with a Fortune 100 organisation and global leader in EDA, based near Paris.

This is a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a global IT Site Support team, providing hands‑on support. You will be responsible for delivering front‑line IT support, troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux environments, supporting hardware and networking issues, and collaborating with global infrastructure, INFOSEC, desktop and project teams.

You will commit to an onsite working model, required onsite 5 days a week.

• 2-5 years of experience In an IT support role within a multinational environment
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting Windows
• Fluent French and English
