Global Data Center IT Ops Lead

TITANICOM is seeking an IT Operations Expert to support large-scale data center projects across Europe. The role involves on-site operations, incident response, and continuous process optimization to ensure reliable IT infrastructure delivery.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in IDC/Data Center/IT Operations, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with ticketing systems. English or another European language is preferred, with international exposure involved.
