Global Cybersecurity GRC & Audit Lead

L’Oréal is seeking a Group Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to orchestrate and strengthen cyber compliance across global regulators. You will synchronize cyber compliance activities with Internal Control and Internal Audit to keep the organization audit-ready.

Based in Saint-Ouen (93) with Paris-area meetings and occasional travel, you will monitor GDPR, NIS2, and CRA, lead workshops, and coordinate with stakeholders in English and French to embed compliant controls and drive continuous improvement.
