Global Cyber Defense Lead – Strategy & Performance

L’Oréal Groupe is seeking a Build & Performance Manager to lead a global cyber defense team from the Beauty Tech hub in Saint-Ouen. You will drive the strategic roadmap for detection, reaction, and automation, shaping security for the world’s #1 beauty company.

You will manage cybersecurity projects across international teams, oversee core defenses including SIEM, EDR and SOAR, and continuously improve incident detection and response in a follow-the-sun model.
