Global CX Leader for Key, Enterprise & Strategic Clients

Maersk seeks a senior leader to drive the Key Client, Enterprise Client and Strategic Client CX organization in France. You will shape customer experience strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration across global teams, and lead a diverse CX workforce to deliver superior service for KC/EC/SC accounts.

You will partner with regional leaders to advance growth initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences across the Maersk network.
