GLOBAL CRM PRODUCT OWNER (SALESFORCE & MASTER DATA) (H/F)

We partner with major organizations on strategic projects covering Application Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Agility and Artificial Intelligence.
As part of our growth and to support one of our key clients, we are looking for a Global CRM Product Owner to drive the evolution of a strategic Salesforce-based CRM platform used across an international organization.
On-site presence: 2 to 3 days/week

CONTEXT
You will join an international Digital Customer Engagement team and contribute to the evolution of a global CRM ecosystem supporting commercial activities across multiple regions.
The role combines Product Ownership, Salesforce expertise and Master Data Governance, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, digital factories and data governance functions.
You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions while ensuring the quality, consistency and governance of critical customer and commercial data.
MISSIONS
PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
Own and manage the CRM product backlog
Prioritize initiatives according to business value and strategic objectives
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications
Coordinate delivery activities with technical teams and implementation partners
Support adoption and change management initiatives across business units
Participate in Agile ceremonies and product governance activities
SALESFORCE CRM
Drive the evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes through CRM enhancements
Ensure delivered functionalities meet business expectations and quality standards
MASTER DATA & GOVERNANCE
Contribute to the definition and maintenance of CRM master data standards
Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure consistency across enterprise systems
Support data quality initiatives and governance processes
Document and maintain data management procedures and business rules
DELIVERY & QUALITY
Coordinate acceptance testing activities
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards
Monitor product performance and continuous improvement initiatives
PROFILE REQUIRED
Education
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Project Manager
Proven experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
Experience working within international and complex organizations
Experience with Master Data Management or Data Governance is highly appreciated
Technical & Functional Skills
