About the Role

Within the CRM Solution team, you act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), supporting business and IT teams in transforming CRM data into actionable insights.

You play a key role in the design, evolution, and governance of analytics solutions within Salesforce, ensuring data quality, reporting consistency, and business adoption across an international environment.

This position combines analytics expertise, business understanding, and stakeholder collaboration in a large-scale global CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) dashboards and datasets
  • Gather and challenge reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and data models
  • Ensure data consistency, quality and reliability across Salesforce reporting environments
  • Collaborate with CRM, IT and Data teams to improve data visibility and decision‑making capabilities
  • Support dashboard adoption and promote analytics best practices across the organization
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities
  • Act as the internal expert and reference point for CRM Analytics topics
  • Participate in CRM transformation initiatives involving reporting, performance monitoring and data governance

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM
  • Strong expertise in dashboard design, data modelling, datasets and reporting within Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM data structures
  • Experience working with large and complex international organizations
  • Ability to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Autonomous, structured and proactive approach
  • Fluent English is mandatory

Nice to have

  • Experience with Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of Einstein AI and Analytics capabilities
  • Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics, Data Cloud or related certifications
