Global CRM Adoption & Change Manager

Savills is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to roll out and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across the EMEA region from Paris. You will drive adoption, design training, and lead change management to embed new ways of working and maximise client data value.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across multiple countries, shaping platform enhancements, ensuring data governance, and delivering insights to support business development and client growth.
