Global Corporate Counsel - M&A, Tax & Governance

Alan is looking for a legal expert to manage corporate governance and M&A transactions. You will own the structuring of legal pathways for strategic launches, ensuring compliance and effective governance. The role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in Corporate, M&A, or tax law, and fluency in both French and English.

As part of the Corporate Governance Area, you'll contribute to building Alan's legal frameworks, support innovative problem-solving, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
