Global Corporate Counsel — Expansion & Enterprise Contracts

Naboo seeks an experienced in‑house Corporate Legal Counsel to guide expansion and governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will build the contractual engine for sales and partnerships, structuring MSAs, ToS, and regulatory compliance for Europe, UK and US markets.

You will lead corporate secretary activities, manage investor relations, and oversee employee equity topics while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth tech environment.
