Global Core Transformation Lead — LEAP SAP S/4HANA

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Head of Core Transformation to lead the LEAP programme and drive end-to-end transformation across the Gold and Crystal Brand Units. You will own the integrated LEAP plan, manage risks and delays, and partner with business, tech teams and HQ to land the transformation.

You will play a pivotal role in operating-model design and cross-functional execution, ensuring go-live on time and on budget while shaping the next era of performance across the organisation.
