Global Controller: US GAAP & SOX Leader

WeMaintain seeks a senior Global Controller to lead our Group Finance controllership and ensure the integrity and quality of financial reporting across international entities. The role drives monthly closes, accounting judgments and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast‑growing environment.

You will coordinate US GAAP readiness, SOX controls, and quarterly certifications, partnering with external advisors and the Group CFO. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
