Global Compensation & Payroll Specialist

EfficientIP is seeking an International Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll Expert to design, manage and continuously improve global C&B and payroll processes across multiple countries. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance, payroll vendors and local HR teams to ensure a consistent employee experience and data-driven compensation decisions.
