Global Compensation & Benefits Manager – Exec & Intl

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Compensation & Benefits lead within the Holding & Central Functions HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape and govern CB programs for a workforce of about 1,000 employees across Paris, Amsterdam, Bucharest and other European locations.

As a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with executive management and central teams on compensation initiatives and HR data projects, ensuring consistent processes and data integrity across the group.
