Global Community Lead for Data Practitioners

Fivetran is seeking a dedicated head of the dbt community to lead digital engagement for data practitioners worldwide. You’ll own Slack community operations, build scalable moderation workflows, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface actionable insights.

You will coach moderators, evolve engagement programming, and drive activation and retention across regions, while maintaining a welcoming, high-signal space for members to learn and connect.
