This position might require traveling.

- Maintain and execute the external newsletter end‑to‑end process in coordination with portfolio and regional teams.
- Perform quality assurance on all global corporate content outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand standards before publication.
- Work with our digital marketing coordinator on day‑to‑day website and blog content operations, applying brand guidelines and tone of voice consistently.
- Work with our global graphic designer to create lightweight graphics and visual assets for newsletters and other communications outputs using tools such as Canva.
- Support and execute internal communications initiatives including Town Halls, global corporate marketing SharePoint content and all‑staff announcements.
Media Relations & Earned Communications
- Own monthly media monitoring digest, clip compilation and analysis across the industry landscape.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify proactive earned media opportunities across our portfolio.
- Draft and coordinate bylines, press release, and earned communications in alignment with corporate messaging.
- Maintain media lists and support interviews and event logistics.
Portfolio Communications Support
- Partner with portfolio marketing teams to deliver communications support within agreed frameworks.
- Apply communication templates and brand guidelines consistently across all portfolio touchpoints.
Asset, Performance & Production Coordination
- Lead the relationship with paid media agency on behalf of the corporate team; support the business unit with admin logistics with the agency.
- Monitor content and channel performance across owned platforms in collaboration with the digital marketing coordinator; identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Lead the organisation and ongoing management of the photo library and digital asset systems.
- Coordinate photo and video projects including feedback rounds, version control, and file management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to ensure smooth, on‑time execution.
