Global Commercial Performance Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Global Commercial Performance Manager!
The purpose of the Global Commercial Performance Manager is to hold a holistic and up to date view of our main markets commercial performance, linking sell-out and sell-in, to connect financial performance to a broader context. The role will collaborate very closely with a wide stakeholder network to gather and share information and insights and deep dive on global inflections visible across markets.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a holistic view of commercial performance
- Maintain an organized, accessible and up to date holistic view of commercial performance in each market drawing on reports, analysis and insights from several sources (mainly IWSR, but also sell-out providers like Nielsen, financials, stock-in-trade, competitive intelligence, market insights) and areas of the organization
- Manage IWSR relationship and yearly process to develop annual IWSR & PR Market View database and related key reports
- Manage product categorization and price band methodology for group definition to speak a common language
- Deploy within PRMV and deploy across sell-out data sources
- Be a key source for questions about market performance and dynamics for HQ departments: Business Strategy Office, Investor Relations, Brand Units, removing the need for duplicated questions to markets from several angles
- Conduct markets quarterly business updates
- Conduct quarterly business updates with the sales directors and the finance directors of lead markets
- Prepare interactions, fill one-pagers with financials and sell-out metrics, identify key topics to cover
- Co-run the call with the global head of commercial performance
- Contribute to prepare summary presentation to the group executive committee and the investor relations team, ahead of the group quarterly financial communications
- Maintain a good level of competitive intelligence drawing from insight across the markets, media sources, data
- Provide market projections and contribute to group’s long-term planning cycle
- Provide market projections leveraging IWSR forecasts, markets inputs and any other relevant sources
- Contribute to group’s long-term planning cycle, work with business planning & analysis & business strategy office teams to build 3-year outlooks
- Prioritize inflections to dig in and inform key experts (business strategy office, consumer insights, brand units, commercial excellence) of trends
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field; consulting or finance background is a strong plus
- Five to eight years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from multiple and diverse data sources
- Broad business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights, identify opportunities, and shape long-term business direction
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions while operating within defined governance and RACI frameworks
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering high-impact executive-level presentations
- Fluent in French and English
