To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Global Commercial Director – Pet Food to lead the commercial strategy of our global Pet Food business and drive sustainable growth across regions and customers.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will define and execute the global commercial agenda, steer strategic customer partnerships, and lead our Global Key Account approach worldwide. Working closely with regional leadership teams and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a major Symrise business.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global commercial strategy in alignment with our long-term growth and profitability ambitions.
• Lead the development and execution of our Global Key Account strategy, ensuring a consistent and customer-focused approach across regions.
• Partner closely with regional commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and accelerate business performance.
• Champion commercial excellence through best practices, performance management, sales effectiveness initiatives, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

You are an accomplished commercial leader with significant experience in Global Key Account Management and a proven track record of building and growing strategic partnerships with international customers. You bring strong commercial acumen, the ability to translate strategy into action, and experience leading across regions, cultures, and functions. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy influencing diverse stakeholders, and know how to deliver growth through collaboration, customer focus, and execution excellence. Fluent English is required.
