Global Chief, Employee Relations & Compliance

AutoStore is seeking a Global Head of Employment Relations & Compliance to lead employment law compliance across 21 countries and 25 U.S. states. You will set global standards, partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, and senior leaders, and translate complex laws into practical policies.

This business-facing role requires hands-on casework, governance, and the ability to scale practices as AutoStore expands. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
