Global Care Legal & Security Specialist

Alan is hiring a Care Legal & Security Specialist to own regulatory topics end-to-end, partnering with Legal and the DPO teams. You will help build scalable processes across France, with future replication in Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

The role combines operations, policy, and training to reduce manual loads for Care agents. You’ll work within our Operational Excellence team, ensure compliance with GDPR and CNIL timelines, and mentor agents while driving cross-country consistency.
