Global Capacity Planning & Strategy Leader

Allianz seeks a Global Capacity Planning Lead to define and govern the worldwide workforce planning strategy across business units. You will translate demand into staffing plans, drive scenario planning and model-based decision support for executives.

Lead a global capacity planning team, collaborating with Operations, Finance, HR and leadership to ensure alignment with budgets and service targets. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.
