Global Capacity & BPO Strategy Lead

Qonto in Paris seeks a Lead Workforce Manager to own the global capacity planning framework across all Ops factories. You will design the model, set forecasting cadence, and direct rollout while overseeing BPO relationships at a strategic and contractual level.

You will lead a hands-on build-and-run approach, align factory WFM analysts, and drive optimization of internal vs. BPO capacity to balance workload with cost efficiency. French and English fluency is required.
