Global Capacity & BPO Strategy Lead

Qonto is seeking a Senior Workforce Manager to lead global capacity planning across its operations. In this role, you will design the framework used across banking operations, AML/Fraud, KYCB, and Customer Care. You'll ensure optimal balance of internal agents vs. BPO capacity, manage budgets, and drive strategic relationships.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of Workforce Management experience and a proven track record in managing outsourcing relationships. This role offers autonomy and direct involvement in shaping a centralized operations function at Qonto.
