Global Business Process Owner - Manufacturing Excellence
Overview

LEAP focuses on designing and building a future-proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of manufacturing and traceability processes: manage the creation of detailed process designs for manufacturing within the ERP scope, which can include the full manufacturing environment (OT/IT).
- Process development and implementation: oversee the development and implementation of these manufacturing processes in the ERP, working closely with tech and ERP specialists to ensure the system accurately supports operational needs.
- Standardization across facilities: drive efforts to standardize manufacturing and quality operations across all production facilities, ensuring consistency in quality and production efficiency with end-to-end traceability.
- Integration with quality control: ensure designed processes are fully integrated with quality control measures within the ERP, maintaining high standards of product integrity and safety.
- Collaboration for process alignment: collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing operations with broader operational strategies and supply chain requirements.
- Key interactions, frequency, and nature of exchanges: internal with other process teams, tech teams and senior stakeholders; workshop and presentation activities; negotiation to identify gaps and how to address them; continuous reporting to program leadership.
Target Core Skills
- Level of study: Master’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Required years of experience and field: at least 15 years in related fields
- Field experience in a manufacturing plant (quality or production department) is mandatory
- Proficiency in SAP is required
- Experience in the consumer goods industry would be a plus
- Languages: English and French; Spanish would be nice to have
- Location: Paris
- Business travels expected: limited but more frequent during implementation phase
