Global Business Process Owner - Manufacturing and Traceability Processes
Participate to Design of Manufacturing and Traceability Processes
Manage the creation of detailed process designs for the manufacturing within the ERP scope which can include full manufacturing environment (OT/IT).
Process Development and Implementation
Oversee the development and implementation of these manufacturing processes in the ERP, working closely with tech and ERP specialists to ensure the system accurately supports operational needs.
Standardization Across Facilities
Drive efforts to standardize manufacturing and quality operations across all production facilities, ensuring consistency in the quality and efficiency of production with end-to-end traceability.
Integration with Quality Control
Ensure the designed processes are fully integrated with quality control measures within the ERP system, maintaining high standards of product integrity and safety.
Collaboration for Process Alignment
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing operations with broader operational strategies and supply chain requirements.
- Key interactions: internal with other process teams, tech teams and senior stakeholders
- Frequency and nature of the exchanges
- Workshop and presentation heavy
- Negotiation needed to identify gaps and how to address them
- Continuous reporting to program leadership
Target Core Skills
- Level of study: Master’s degree from an Engineering or a Business school
- Required years of experience and field: at least 10 years in related field
- Experience in a manufacturing plant (quality department, production department) is mandatory
- Proficiency in SAP is required
- Experience in the consumer goods industry would be a plus
- Languages: English and French; Spanish would be a nice to have
- Location: Paris
- Business travels to be expected: limited but more frequent during implementation phase
