Global Business Development Lead, Nightclubs

The Global Business Development Lead – Nightclubs will lead the strategy, planning and execution for business development of this vertical worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Market/Field Development: Define and execute vertical strategy, segmentation, value proposition, routes to market, and coverage; prioritize key customers, competitive positioning, portfolio focus, and strategic partnerships; and develop new businesses through collaboration with regional sales managers and key certified providers.
  • Forecasting/Planning & Performance Management: Own targets, OKRs and forecast governance for the vertical market; integrate key accounts, agreements and critical opportunities into planning.
  • Team Leadership, Capability & Culture: Enable regional BD and sales channels through playbooks, tools, training and coaching; support key customer engagements; manage through matrix leadership of regional vertical teams.
  • Pipeline/Execution & Ecosystem: Sponsor major pursuits, alliances and key account growth; drive agreements, early engagement and opportunity creation.
  • Data, Standards & Process: Own methodology, metrics and insight packs; standardize processes and competitive intelligence.
  • Cross‑Functional Co‑lead GTM and launches: Align with Product Marketing, Applications, Sales and Communications; evaluate and monitor competitive activities; recommend strategy defenses, offenses and tactics to stay ahead of competition and gain new market share.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or business (preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with A/V equipment or high‑technology systems sales with a proven track record
  • Strong business‑development experience and proven successful track record
  • Strong relationships and network with key market stakeholders
  • Experience with premium loudspeaker sales (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM and key opportunities management processes
  • Energetic, self‑motivated, and a desire to win
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and follow‑up skills

Location & Travel

Worldwide travel as required per market development needs.
