Job Description

The Global Business Development Director is responsible for revenue growth and development ofcontract logistics activities. You will play a key role in defining and implementing thecommercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and managing customerrelationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve contract logistics growthobjectives in relation with Region and countries within the FMCG & Healthcare vertical.
• Identify and prospect new clients and potential markets.
• Analyse market and competition trends to adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments (solution design, marketing, operations, finance) toensure an integrated and coherent approach to business development.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in a similar position within the contract logisticssector in a multicultural environment
• Mastery of sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions based on factual information.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.
