Global Business Controller Expert – CEVA Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Controller Expert to join our Global FP&A & Functional Business Control team. In this role, you will support the control and reporting of the Group SG&A costs, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated SG&A cost reports across functions, products, and regions.
• Ensure reliability of report submissions by establishing and maintaining standards across the organization.
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts to explain performance trends.
• Support month‑end closing, reviewing transactions, and adjusting accrual entries for corporate entities.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and review budget performance.
• Ensure forecasts align with strategic objectives and assumptions.
• Provide insightful analyses to support senior management decision‑making.
• Track, validate, and process inter‑company invoices, maintaining alignment with HR and financial systems.
• Optimize workflows and manage provisions for missing invoices to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize data into insights for senior management and propose recommendations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with OneStream a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Highly motivated; able to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
• Results‑oriented, pragmatic, hands‑on, and proactive.
