Global Budget Controller – P2P & Forecasting

WOAH in Paris seeks a Budget Controller to support the Organisation’s budget preparation, monitoring and reporting. You will ensure compliance with rules, manage day-to-day P2P data and provide analyses for governance bodies. A two-year, full-time contract based at WOAH HQ in Paris.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, at least two years in cost accounting or budget control, fluency in English and French, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Sage is a plus.
