Global Bid & Proposal Leader – AI-Driven Growth

Malt is seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager to partner with sales and account teams to deliver high-impact bids for international requirements. You will own market requirements, coordinate complex B2B deals across global boundaries, and build a scalable AI-driven proposal architecture to drive international revenue growth.

In this role you will lead end-to-end bid management, collaborate cross-functionally, implement a formal deal scoring, and maintain Malt’s global RFP content library.
